1. 1. Eligibility: The Disney Cruise Line® Presents: The Magical Cruise Adventure Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is only open to entrants, who at the time of entry are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of, and currently living in, one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec); and (b) 18 years of age or older. Officers, directors, and employees (and members of their household or immediate family, i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, the “steps” of each and persons residing in such immediate family members' household) of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, their advertising, promotion and web design agencies, all other entities involved in the creation, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and their respective successors and assigns are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules ("Official Rules") and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. 4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on April 2, 2012 and ends on 11:59:59 A.M. ET, July 2, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer will be the official clock for this Sweepstakes.
5. 5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant (“entrant”) may register on-line by going to www.DisneyCruiseAdventure.com (the “Website”) and entering his/her valid e-mail address. If the entrant is logging on to the Website for the first time, he/she will then be taken to a registration page where the entrant must complete all of the requested information, including name (no initials), zip or postal code, telephone number, and date of birth. Each day thereafter during the Entry Period that an entrant visits the Website and enters his/her e-mail address; the entrant will automatically receive one (1) additional Entry into the Sweepstakes. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service provider will apply.
   
   An Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes through a Mobile Device that is equipped with Internet Access Capability (“Mobile Device”) during the Sweepstakes Period by logging on to www.DisneyCruiseAdventure.com/mobile (the “Mobile Website”). If an entrant is logging on to the Mobile Website for the first time, he/she will then be taken to a registration page where the entrant must complete all of the requested information, including name (no initials), zip or postal code, telephone number, and date of birth. After completing registration, an entrant may return to the Mobile Website and enter the Sweepstakes by only providing his/her valid e-mail address. Data rates may apply to any entry via a Mobile Device. Entrant should check his/her wireless provider’s customer pricing plan as carrier specific charges for mobile usage may apply. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate.
   
   An entrant may only enter the Sweepstakes, as defined below, once per calendar day regardless of whether his/her entry is through the Website or the Mobile Website. The Entrant may earn an additional entry as set forth in Section 6. Once the entrant has entered the Sweepstakes on that day, he/she may play the Board Game. If the entrant has not completed the Board Game, he/she may return to the Website or Mobile Website and play the Board Game until he/she has completed the Board Game for that day. When he/she returns to the Board Game, he/she will pick up the Board Game where he/she left off. Each day, the Board Game will re-set. Each day that an entrant enters the Sweepstakes, he/she will receive another entry into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the Prize. A calendar day is defined as starting at 12:00 A.M. (midnight) ET and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. ET during the Sweepstakes Period, except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period, April 2, 2012, which will start at 12:00 P.M. (noon) and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period, July 2, 2012, which will end at 11:59:59 A.M. ET.
6. 6. Playing the Board Game, Additional Sweepstakes Entries and Upgrades to the Prize: Each day that an entrant enters the Sweepstakes as set forth in Section 5, he/she will have the opportunity to the play the Disney Cruise Line Board Game (the “Board Game”). As the entrant plays the Board Game, he/she will earn upgrades to the Grand Prize (the “Upgrades”). The Board Game’s objective is for the entrant to return the “Magical Experiences” (inclusive Disney Cruise Line amenities) to the Disney Cruise Ship. An entrant plays by spinning a spinner to move an avatar the number of spaces spun each turn. Each “Magical Space” an entrant lands on returns another Magical Experience to the Disney Cruise Ship and earns the entrant points. For example, landing on a Treasure Space adds an Upgrade and additional points to his/her overall score. Additional elements to the Board Game, including point values and Board Game play, are set forth in the Board Game on the Website or Mobile Website. When an entrant reaches “Castaway Cay,” the Board Game play is complete for the day.

   If, an entrant earns more than 500 points in any single day Board Game play the entrant will receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a maximum of two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes per day. Furthermore, as the entrant plays the Board Game, the Upgrades and “Magical Experiences” will carry over from day to day provided that the entrant may retain up to five (5) Upgrades at any one time subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7 below. Points earned playing the Board Game will not carry over from day to day.
   
   Note that only the Grand Prize Winner will receive any Upgrades that he/she has earned by playing the Board Game.
7. 7. Refer-A-Friend, Additional Upgrades: By following the on-line instructions to “Invite a Crew”, each entrant may refer up to five (5) friends to enter this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. To refer a friend, an entrant must have an existing personal relationship with the referred friend and believe that he/she would be interested in learning about how to register and participate in the Sweepstakes. For each eligible friend that an entrant refers, he/she will be allowed to hold an additional five (5) Upgrades. Entrants may refer their friends or family members by visiting the Website or the Mobile Website, signing in, and entering the unique name and unique email address of their friends or family in the space provided. The referred email addresses will only be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of contacting your friend(s) or family, on your behalf, to provide information about the Sweepstakes so they can sign up if they choose to do so and will not be added to any direct marketing list or used in any direct marketing programs without their consent. This e-mail will indicate that it had been sent on your behalf and will identify you. You may only invite friends or family from whom you have received permission to provide their email address to the Sponsor, and by whom an email from you or Sponsor would not be considered spam or otherwise objectionable. For the purposes of this clause you may only refer friends with whom you have had a two way communication within the past two years, and who you have met in person. You may only refer family members to whom you are related by blood relationship, marriage, a common-law partnership, or adoption.

   Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an entrant plays the Board Game at least eleven (11) times, whether or not they refer any friends, then the entrant will be allowed to hold up to thirty (30) Upgrades and will receive all available Upgrades at that time whether or not they have earned them during game play.
8. 8. General Conditions on Entry: Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void the entrant’s entries and that entrant will be disqualified in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Any use of any micro, robotic, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods and entrants using such methods will be disqualified. ATTEMPTS BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE(S) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
9. 9. Grand Prize Winner Selection: The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential Grand Prize is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner from all eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period, on or around July 3, 2012.
   
   The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about July 5, 2012. If the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, fails to execute and return all documentation within the required time, fails to pass a skill test (Canadian residents only – see Section 12 for more details), is found to be ineligible or is non-compliant with the Official Rules for any reason, then the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize and Sponsor may select another potential Grand Prize Winner. In the event that the potential Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to an alternate Grand Prize Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. In such cases where the Grand Prize is not accepted or where a Grand Prize Winner has forfeited, there will, as necessary, be up to three (3) alternate drawings, after which the Grand Prize, if not accepted by an eligible Grand Prize Winner, will not be awarded.
10. 10. The Grand Prize (1) and Approximate Retail Value (ARV): ): The Grand Prize is a 7-night cruise for four (4) people (the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests) to the Western Caribbean on the Disney Magic® Cruise Ship (the "Ship"). Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Galveston, Texas, ground transportation from the airport to the Ship's Homeport, one (1) stateroom aboard the Ship with a maximum occupancy of four (4) people, all meals and non-alcoholic beverages, Government Taxes and Fees as defined in the Disney Cruise Line website at http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/. If the Grand Prize Winner lives within a two hundred (200) mile radius of Galveston, Texas, the Grand Prize Winner must arrange for ground transportation to the Ship's Homeport from the Grand Prize Winner’s home for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests and the Sponsor will reimburse the Grand Prize Winner for the reasonable cost of such ground transportation. The Grand Prize Winner must book travel at least 45 days prior to the intended travel dates and must be taken on one of the following three departure dates: a) November 3, 2012 , b) November 10, 2012 or c) December 8, 2012 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion. The Grand Prize package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets and hotel certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel may not be permitted on any dates other than the three listed above. All travel dates are subject to approval by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Space is subject to availability. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Travel must be roundtrip. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure. All passengers must travel on the same itinerary. Any unused portion of any ticket or certificate will not be refunded and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component. Checked luggage fees may apply, fees are charged each way, and are subject to change. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available. Substitutions will not be allowed. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, gratuities or other expenses are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize Winner. Unless a child or legal ward of the Grand Prize Winner, each travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his/her state/province/territory of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be Grand Prize Winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. The Grand Prize Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining identification documents necessary for travel between U.S., Canada and Mexico. Sponsor is not responsible if for any reason Winner or travel companions are denied entry. Passports will be required for all travelers. A valid passport with six (6) months validity is required. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $6,200 USD / CAD. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. The Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
    
    ARV OF THE GRAND PRIZE TRIP WITHOUT UPGRADES IS: $6,200 USD / CAD. ARV OF THE GRAND PRIZE TRIP WITH ALL POSSIBLE UPGRADES IS: $9,794 USD/CAD.
    
    In addition to the Grand Prize package, the Grand Prize Winner will receive any Upgrades that the Grand Prize Winner is holding at the time that the Grand Prize is awarded. The ARV of each Upgrade is listed at the end of these Official Rules and will be added to the ARV of the Grand Prize when determining the total ARV of the Grand Prize.
    
    Additional Terms and Conditions: The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize may not be bartered, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash value in whole or in part. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Grand Prize should become unavailable for any reason or unreasonably difficult to fulfill. The Grand Prize Winner must pay all applicable taxes and fees for the Grand Prize.
11. 11. Limitations on Liability: Entrants agree that Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Grand Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to the Grand Prize Winner or any other person for failure to supply any prize(s) or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries; or for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors in advertising, Rules, selection and announcement of the Grand Prize and fulfillment of the Grand Prize; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for miscommunications, failed computer, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, technical or network; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information; or for any misdirection or delay of any e-mail to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet/Website/Mobile Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading or uploading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes; or for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; or for any personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of receipt or use or misuse of any the Grand Prize or any element thereof.
12. 12. General Conditions: Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant's eligibility. Sponsor may also disqualify any person that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or for any other good cause reason solely determined by Sponsor. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select the Grand Prize Winner from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding Grand Prize claims or entries received from multiple users having the same address, the authorized subscriber of the address at the time of entry used to enter, and not the name on the entry form, will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
    
    Except where legally prohibited, the Grand Prize Winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use his/her name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Grand Prize Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or compensation. To claim the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner (or if a minor, minor’s parent or legal guardian) will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within ten (10) days of the date the notice is sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (if the Grand Prize Winner is a Canadian resident, a Declaration of Compliance). If the potential Grand Prize Winner is from Canada he/she will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize or the Grand Prize will be forfeited.
    
    If any Grand Prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected as further described in these Official Rules. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing or any portion of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of the Grand Prize to an alternate Grand Prize Winner. Federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are the Grand Prize Winner's sole responsibility. The Sponsor may assign all rights granted by entrants and winners hereunder to any party at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
13. 13. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes (excluding any and all disputes, claims and cause of action arising out of or connected with the use of any of the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan, U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan, U.S.A.
14. 14. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's and Administrator's Privacy Policies. We encourage entrants to read these policies which can be found at http://corporate.disney.go.com/corporate/pp_wdig.html and http://www.prizelogic.com/privacy. In accordance with the terms of Sponsor's Privacy Policy, we also use this information to provide entrants with a more personalized experience, including future recommendations and promotions that may be of special interest to them.
15. 15. Grand Prize Winner's Name: To obtain the Grand Prize Winner’s name, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by May 30, 2012, to The Disney Cruise Line® Presents: The Magical Cruise Adventure Sweepstakes Winners List, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Canadian residents may omit return postage.
